Walking: Strollers 👟
The Strollers Group meets every third Wednesday of the month. These walks are 2½ to 4 miles.
We try to visit a place of interest en route and usually manage to find a tea shop. Places have included Valley Gardens at Harrogate, Roundhay Park, Ripley, and Saltaire/Shipley Glen.
We are planning some canal and riverside walks, Ripon parks, York river walk. Our enjoyment is from the surroundings and the company.

Aberford to Lotherton Hall
Easy - 3 Miles Circular Walk
Meet outside south exit of Leeds Bus Station (opposite what was Mecca Bingo) for the No. 64 at 11.02am to Aberford.
With time to visit the bird garden, house and grounds (cafe outside).
Wednesday, 18th June
Armley Mills Canal Walk from City Centre
Easy - 2 miles Each Way
Meet outside Queens Hotel, City Square at 10.30am.
Entry charge to Mills - use your Leeds Card.
Packed lunch/drink needed.
