NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 40th Annual General Meeting of The University of the Third Age Leeds will be held at Moor Allerton Sports and Social Centre at 2:00 pm on Tuesday 15th September 2026 to transact the following business :-

3 MINUTES OF THE 39TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING HELD ON 16TH SEPTEMBER 2025.
To be agreed and any matters arising
4 REPORT AND ACCOUNTS
To receive the report of the Chair on behalf of the Trustees.
To receive and consider the accounts for the year ending 31 March 2025.
5 APPOINTMENT OF CHARITY TRUSTEES
Nominations have been submitted for the following positions:
Chair: - Janet Powell
Vice Chair – None
Secretary - Liz Frood
Treasurer – Malcolm Sawyer
Committee Members:
Max Dudley Suzanne Higginbotham
John Thurston
In the absence of full nominations for Honorary Officers, the Constitution rule 16.8 applies and nominations may be sought from the floor.
