Walking: 7Up 🧭
Welcome to the 7 Up Walking Group which, as the name implies, provides walks of any distance over 7 miles.
The walks will be on the 4th Wednesday of every month and details of these walks will be posted on the programme here, along with the contact number of the walk leader.
All walks will be circular unless otherwise stated. Walkers should wear footwear and clothing suitable to the terrain and weather conditions. Food and drink and a sit mat are also advisable.
Walkers are reminded that they attend walks in this programme at their own risk, and that they are responsible for their own safety.

7 mile circular walk – Horsforth Heritage
A varied walk through woodland, suburbs and along canal towpath. Does entail crossing some busy roads. Meet at 1000 at MASSC to carshare, or at Horsforth Hall Park at 1030. The walk starts at the carpark just off Hall Lane on the north side of the park (near the children’s play area, there’s a sign for Ameen’s restaurant LS18 5JY) or there is on road parking on Hall Lane. There is another carpark nearby on Fink Hill but there are now parking charges (£2.15 for 4 hours).
It would be helpful if you would let us know if you are going to MASSC for carshare.
